Purchasing from Bargain School Supplies is easy, and we’re here to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. By accessing/using our website and/or placing an order you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.

This website is created, owned and administered by Bargain School Supplies.

You agree that your use of our website is solely at your risk.

Bargain School Supplies will not be held liable for any loss, damage, interference or loss of data incurred by you (or anyone else), or your computer systems, software or hardware (or anyone else’s) as a result of accessing/using our website and/or another party’s website to which we have provided a link. This includes any material you may download.

Our website is provided on an ‘as is/as available’ basis and we cannot guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of being unable to access our website or experiencing interruptions or complications during use.

We keep this website up to date as much as possible. Should you encounter errors or out-of-date information, we will not be held liable to you or anyone else for any loss or damage that such errors or out-of-date information may bring. It is up to you to determine and confirm the accuracy of any information you may rely on.

We do not guarantee that our website, servers or email communication (whether controlled by us or a third party) are free from viruses and other detrimental components.


Prices are subject to change without notice at any time, however we will endeavour to notify all customers of any price changes as they happen.

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST and are in Australian dollars.

Whilst we attempt to be as accurate as possible we cannot guarantee that all pricing on our website is error free. In the event that an item on our website has the incorrect price and you have already placed an order we have the right to refuse the order. We may at our discretion allow the order to go through depending on the severity of the error.


We try to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions, however we cannot guarantee they are free from errors. All measurements given are approximate. All colours mentioned are general. Our images and colour swatches display the colours as best as possible, however we cannot guarantee that they accurately depict the exact colour of the product.

Some products may vary slightly from the images displayed on our website, catalogue and other marketing material from time to time due to a change in the manufacture of the product. For example, colour mix and design tweaks. If the change is not drastic we reserve the right to supply the current product offered with the slight change. If there is a drastic change to an existing product and we decide to continue carrying that line, we will set it up as a new product, with a new image and description so that all the details will be available to you. Packaging for existing product lines may also change from time to time, depending on which of our suppliers we source from.

If you are unhappy with any of the products you have received and you feel they are not as described or do not match with their image, your solution is to return them if your claim falls within the terms of our Returns Policy.

Each item is intended for use only for the purpose described and not for any other purpose. Naturally, any item to be used by a child requires careful and proper adult supervision. Items must only be used by children of an appropriate age.


All orders must be placed by phone, fax or email, using our order form or your own. Once you have submitted an order you must wait for us to confirm it by email, at which time we will verify your order, supply payment instructions and provide an invoice.

All orders must be paid in full before they are shipped. For more information, please see our How to Order page.

We are open to the public, and cater to anyone and everyone with a need for affordable children’s craft supplies. We do, however, reserve the right to refuse an order or withhold our business from you (at our discretion) if we feel there is a reason to do so.


Whilst we strive to ensure items featured on our website have the correct stock status notification (i.e. ‘In Stock’ or ‘Out of Stock’), this may not always be possible. If an item on your order form is out of stock we will notify you prior to sending you an order confirmation email, asking how you would like to proceed. We also cannot guarantee that products in our catalogue will be in stock at the time you place your order.


Your order must be paid in full before we will ship it. Payment must be made by direct deposit, cheque or money order.

Once you have submitted an order and it has been confirmed by us, you have three working days to make payment. If payment is not received within these three working days, your order will be cancelled and stock returned to our system. Courtesy emails may be sent at our discretion to remind you before a cancellation occurs.

Credit accounts may be opened by schools and organisations with a registered ABN/ACN once you have an established purchasing history with us. Separate terms and conditions apply. For more information, or to apply for a credit account just contact us with your request. Credit accounts are available to schools and organisations with a registered ABN/ACN only, not the general public, and we have the right to refuse a credit account.


Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipping from our premises. If an order has already been shipped, you must then follow our returns procedure which you will find outlined in our Returns Policy. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped but has been paid for, your refund will be issued by bank transfer to the same account that paid for the order.


Shipping is a flat rate of $12 Australia-wide, no matter what the size and weight of your order, or how many items you order. (This flat rate is made up of shipping, handling and packaging costs, includes order tracking, and is inclusive of GST.) Shipping is FREE Australia-wide when you spend $150 or more in a single order. We deliver Australia-wide through Australia Post for the majority of orders. For larger orders, we may sometimes use a courier. Either way, we will provide you with a tracking number upon despatch of your order which you can use to track your parcel’s movements online.

We despatch orders within 24 business hours from the time payment has cleared. Once despatched, your order may take 1–6+ working days to reach you depending on the carrier we use and where you are located. Please visit our Shipping & Handling page for delivery estimates by state. If there are any delays in processing or shipping your order, you will be notified.

If you require an urgent delivery, please make a note of this on your order form or contact us to discuss the options available. We are happy to accommodate where possible, however we cannot fully guarantee that delivery will be made by the date and time you have chosen and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by you or any other person due to a late delivery.

In most cases, a signature will be required upon delivery of your goods and we will not be liable for any late, misdirected, lost or stolen orders.


Risk of loss passes to you once we have shipped the goods and they are in the hands of our carrier.


Whilst risk passes to you on delivery of your goods to our carrier, all goods supplied remain the property of Bargain School Supplies until paid for in full.


You are welcome to return your product/order for a full refund or replacement order subject to certain conditions. Namely, that the goods are returned in their original condition and are of a saleable quality. Please read our Returns Policy for further information and conditions.


We collect and store all customer information, including email addresses, which we will use to contact you for a variety of reasons such as marketing via email, fax and post.
