Returns Policy


We love our products and we hope you do, too.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your your order, please send it back to us for your choice of a refund or replacement order — with the exception of sale and clearance products and special/bulk orders.

All we ask is that you:

  • Return the goods to us in their original condition and of a saleable quality (faulty or damaged products excepted).
  • Make a claim with us to return your goods within 7 business days of receiving the goods.
  • Return the goods to us via registered post or with tracking so that they are traceable. (Return postage will be reimbursed for faulty/damaged goods or products we send to you in error.)

If you wish to make a return, please see below for further information on your ‘reason for return’.

This is our returns policy in addition to your statutory rights.

Faulty, defective or damaged goods

Claims must be made within 7 business days from the date you received the goods (if visibly noticeable), or as soon as the fault/defect is detected (if not visibly noticeable).

Return your goods to us for your choice of a full refund (including the initial cost you paid for shipping, if any) or a replacement order. It is advisable to return the goods via registered post or with tracking so they are traceable.

Shipping costs you incur for returning goods to us will be reimbursed, but you must provide a copy of your receipt as proof of cost.

Refunds will be issued within two business days of retrieval of the returning goods. Replacement orders will be shipped (freight free) within two business days of retrieval of the returning goods. (If the replacement is for goods that are now out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.)

Refunds will be issued by bank transfer to the same account that paid for the order.

Conditions: if the returned goods are not found to be faulty, defective or damaged your shipping (both ways) will not be refunded. Goods are considered faulty if they clearly do not perform their intended function or have an obvious defect upon first inspection/use. Goods are not considered faulty if they have been damaged or broken through misuse, accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. Furthermore, if they are not in their original condition and not of a saleable quality, and are not found to be faulty/damaged/defective a refund/replacement order will not be issued and the goods will be sent back to you.

Products we send to you in error/products ‘not as described’

Claims must be made within 7 business days from the date you received the goods, so please check your order as soon as you can to ensure: a) your order is correct, and b) you are satisfied all products are as described.

Goods returning must be in their original condition (in their unit of supply/packaging) and of a saleable quality. If you feel/discover a product is not ‘as described’ only after opening the packaging, that’s fine, but if you can visibly see it is not as described in its packaging, please leave the packaging intact.

Sale and clearance lines

Please choose carefully. Unless otherwise stated, all product on sale or marked as clearance are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect (not what you ordered), or not as described.

If your sale or clearance products are faulty, defective, damaged, not what you ordered or not as described, please raise a claim.

Conditions: if the returned goods are not found to be faulty, defective or damaged, or are in fact the correct items (what you ordered), or they are found to be ‘as described’/they do match their description on the website/catalogue, your shipping (both ways) will not be refunded. Furthermore, if they are not in their original condition and not of a saleable quality, and are found not to be faulty/damaged or are in fact the correct items (what you ordered), or they are found to be ‘as described’/they do match their description on the website/catalogue, a refund/replacement order will not be issued and the goods will be sent back to you.

Special orders and bulk/high volume orders

Orders with a high volume quantity of a single product code (usually 200 or more units), orders with goods that are not part of our regular stock range and orders that are specially ordered in for you are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged, defective, faulty, incorrect (not what you ordered), or not as described.

This is purely due to the volume involved/special nature of the order.

For these kinds of orders, you will be notified of the no-return policy before sale/payment, and will be required to sign and accept a ‘Supply of Goods Terms and Conditions’ document in relation to the order if you wish to go ahead with the order. Part of the Supply of Goods Terms and Conditions for a high volume order/special order is that you purchase a sample/s of the product/s so that both you and we know you are satisfied with the product/s before purchase. It is up to you, the purchaser, to ensure the sample/s is assessed/tested/approved by the decision maker and end-user in your organisation.

If your high volume order/special order is faulty, defective, damaged, not what you ordered or not as described, please raise a claim.
